General Session Board Meeting Minutes
March 2, 2004
Location: Basin Library, Idaho City, Id

Board Members Present: Brent Adamson, Bruce Reichert, Elizabeth Martin,
Loyal Willis, Theresa Mann

1. Minutes and Financials: Theresa reported a checking account balance of $3,615.52 and money market account balance of $31,041.54. Following a motion by Bruce, seconded by Elizabeth, both the minutes of the Feb. 3, 2004 meeting and the financial report were unanimously approved.
   
2. Manager’s Report:
   

• Jim reported that the road signs have been installed.
  
• The Duquette Pines sign at the corner of Bear Run and Main St., Idaho City will be replaced.
  
• Jim discussed the expense of sanding roads in the winter. Options, including consideration of storing sand and use of volunteers to do sanding, were discussed.
  
• The Board requested Jim identify areas of the roads that may need widening to allow optimum snow removal.
  
• Jim will continue to identify dead/diseased trees to be removed.
  
• Brent and Jim are taking the monthly water samples.
  
• Discussion regarding speeding on Duquette roads included a recommendation that a form letter regarding violations be sent when the driver(s) can be identified.
  

1. CCR violations: Location of inoperable vehicles and inappropriate storage of trash were identified.
   
2. Elizabeth will prepare welcome packets for new owners and renters.
   
3. Meeting adjourned.
