General Session Board Meeting

Feb. 8, 2005

Location: Basin Library, Idaho City, Id

Board Members Present: Brent Adamson, Elizabeth Martin, Bruce Reichert,

Loyal Willis, Theresa Mann

1) Minutes/Financial: The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the Jan. 4, 2005 meeting. The Feb. 5, 2005 bank account balances: checking - $4,513.10 and reserve (money market) - $48,298.60.

2) Managers Report: Jim reported that on a water valve that will be repaired when the ground thaws in the spring.

3) Building Plans: The Board reviewed building site specifications provided by Claudette Williams, identifying location of a shed placed on her property. Upon receipt of additional information confirming that the distances from the building to the adjacent roads met the CCR requirements, the Board approved the site plans.

4) New Business: The Board reviewed a letter from Elizabeth Prusha-Parlor addressing potential property boundary discrepancies. The Board will advise her that the information currently available does not identify involvement with/by DPHOA. If additional information is provided that identifies DPHOA involvement, this issue will be reviewed further.
