General Session Board Meeting

July 12, 2005

Location: 600 Main St., Idaho City, Id

Board Members Present: Brent Adamson, Loyal Willis, Theresa Mann

1) Minutes: The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the June 7, 2005 meeting.

2) Financial report: Marcy Rowe reported a checking account balance of $6,768.40 and money market (reserve) account balance of $58,573.70. The 2005-2006 road and water assessments were mailed on July 1, 2005.

3) Managers report - Jim White reported on the following:

• Jim has obtained chemicals to spray noxious weeds (Knapweed and Skeletonweed) along Duquette roads.

• Gardner’s will continue to remove trees and stumps and clear slash.

• Road grading will be done in July.

• Dust abatement: Jim indicated that some of the property owners that had been considering dust abatement adjacent to their property have decided against the project for this year.

4) Building Plans: House plans were submitted on behalf of Jerry and Jennifer Newland, Sub. #3. Following review, the Board requested additional information to confirm that the plans meet the CCRs for Sub. #3 prior to consideration for final approval.

5) New Business: DPHOA/WLC merger: Following review of information received from Board attorney Charlie Honsinger in regard to the consideration of a merger between Sub. #4 and the DPHOA, the Board unanimously agreed to request that Charlie draft a Merger document for the consideration of the Association.

6) Election: Ballots are due by July 15, 2005.
