General Session Board Meeting

January 3, 2006

Location: 600 Main St., Idaho City, Id

Board Members Present: Brent Adamson, Bruce Reichert, Loyal Willis, Theresa Mann

Absent: Elizabeth Nelson

Present: Jim White, Manager

Marcy Rowe, Bookkeeper

1) Minutes and Financial report: The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the Dec. 6, 2005 meeting.

2) Financial report:

• The current bank balances: Checking - $6,584.29 (with $1,570.00 to be deposited and payments of $4,167.26 issued) – Reserve account (money market) - $59,296.47.
• Delinquent road and/or water assessments will be collected (small claims/liens filed, where necessary).

3) Managers Report:

• Jim has some metal signs that will be saved for reuse, when needed.
• Jim met with some members of the BLM, Forest Service and County. One topic was the grant monies for Duquette Pines. In the spring, Jim and a representative of the Administrators of the Grant will meet with interested property owners to determine the required ‘in kind’ money and/or labor. A letter will be prepared to send to property owners prior to the spring meetings. Jim will be meeting with the Grant Administrators again on March 6, 2006
• Gate: Jim reported that the gate has been broken only one time since our last meeting.
• Roads: Jim contacts Gardner’s to have sanding and plowing done, as needed. While every attempt is made to not leave snow berms, as the priority of the road contractor is to clear subdivision roads, berms left in front of driveways due to snow plowing may be unavoidable. Property owners are responsible for clearing private driveways.

4) New Business: A newsletter will be prepared for mailing in early Feb. Jim recommended that we change the gate # - to be announced in the newsletter, with the change taking place on March 1, 2006.
