General Session Board Meeting

July 11, 2006

Board Members present: Brent Adamson, Bruce Reichert, Loyal Willis

Theresa Mann, Elizabeth Nelson

Present: Jim White, Manager

1) Minutes and Financial: The June 6, 2006 Board Meeting minutes and the June 10, 2006 Annual Meeting minutes were unanimously approve. The current bank balances are: checking - $2,920.91 (a deposit of $4,530.00 to be made and July bills to be paid) and reserve - $83,394.95.

2) Building Plans:

· Stubblefield – The Board approved the requested modification to reverse the direction of the house placement on the lot.

· Randolph – The Board approved the modification of the log siding and metal roof. Additional information will be requested regarding building materials for a carport and the materials and location of a shed.

3) Managers report: Jim reported on the following:

• Gates – working well at this time. Jim will leave gates open Monday through Saturday – work hours – due to heavy construction traffic.
• Road – Jim is reminding vehicles owners and property owners that parking on/along the roadway/ditch is not acceptable as it creates traffic problems.
• Water – maintenance is being done on leaking valves in the water system.
• Fire – Grant: The contractors for the Grant are working to complete their assessments with the owners of properties in Sub. #’s 1 and 2. They are beginning Sub. #3.

4) New Business: Theresa will order additional gate openers to be available for sale to property owners wishing to purchase.
