General Session Board Meeting

March 7, 2006

Marcy Rowe, Bookkeeper

1) Minutes/Financial: The Board unanimously approved the minutes of the Feb. 7, 2006 meeting as corrected. Marcy advised that the current checking account balance is $4,312.66 and the reserve account balance is $73,585.28.

2) Managers Report:

• Gate – Due to problems programming the new gate number, Jim will contact Door King.
• Gate – The loop at the outgoing gate will be evaluated for appropriate depth (3”-4”) when snow/ice have melted to allow accurate ‘read’ when vehicles exit.
• Roads – Jim confirmed with Gardner that berms on intersecting roads will be removed at the time of plowing and that they are rotating the plowing of side roads to assure no road is always last to be plowed.

3) Building Plans: Jason and Lisa Kindelberger (Division 2, Block 4, Lot 4) requested approval for placement of a manufactured home on their property. They presented a copy of the specifications of the home. They will provide a completed building plan request when the septic site has been determined and approved by the State. The Board approved their house plans contingent upon approval of the completed site plan, when presented.

4) New Business: Bruce reported on the Grant - Gordon Ravenscroft has indicated that a Notice for Contractor/ Bid is to be published in the Idaho World.
