Special Session Owner’s Meeting

October 3, 2006

Location: Basin Senior Center, Bear Run Road, Idaho City, Id

Board Members present: Brent Adamson, Theresa Mann, Elizabeth Nelson, Jon Long, Sr.

Marcy Rowe, Bookkeeper

A Special Owner’s Meeting was held on October 3, 2006 for Association members of Duquette Pines Division #’s 1, 2 and 3 for the purpose of the Association members voting on the proposal to change the Bylaws of the Duquette Pines Architectural Control Board, Inc. (dba DPHOA) to include Duquette Pines Subdivision #4 in the Association.

A copy of the proposed Transfer Agreement; a letter of explanation and notice of the meeting date, time and place; and a Proxy form were sent to property owners in mid September.

Twelve ballots were cast in person and 42 proxies were cast. A total of 54 Association members voted. The vote was unanimous in favor of changing the Bylaws to include Duquette Pines Subdivision #4 in the Association.
