General Session Board Meeting

April 3, 2007

Board Members Present: Brent Adamson, Bruce Reichert, Theresa Mann,

Elizabeth Nelson, Jon Long, Sr.

Present: Treasea Long, Bookkeeper

1) Minutes/Financial: The minutes of the March 6, 2007 meeting were unanimously approved. Treasea Long provided the Board with a financial report of the March transactions. The current checking account balance is $7,747.60. The saving account balance is $111,563.34.

2) Building Plans: Clayne and Vicki Barron presented building plans for their property in Sub. 4, Block 3, Lot 8. The Board reviewed and approved the plans as presented.

3) Managers report (Jon Long reported for Jim White):

• A water valve leak on Bull Pine is scheduled for repair on April 4, 2007.
• The Board sent letters to owners with dead timber on their property. Jon indicated he had received numerous responses from owners regarding intent to remove the trees.
• Jim and Jon will remove necessary trees on Meadow Rd. for the road work being scheduled.
• Gate – the new gate control has been installed. The ground loop in the4 incoming gate is not working to correctly allow the gate to close after a vehicle passes through the gate. Jim and Jon will continue work on that problem.
• Gate – a poly gate arm is available (vs. wood gate arms) that may reduce breakage and/or damage to the mechanism of the gate. The Board approved the purchase of one poly gate arm for trial purposes.
