General Session Board Meeting

Feb. 6, 2007

Board Members present: Theresa Mann, Elizabeth Nelson, Jon Long, Sr.

Board Members Absent: Brent Adamson and Bruce Reichert

Present: Jim White, Manager

Treasea Long, Bookkeeper

1) Minutes/Financial: The Board approved the minutes of the Jan. 9, 2007 meeting. Bank account balances were reported at: $6,156.03 in checking and $117,033.78 in reserve/savings.

2) Building Plans: no new plans presented.

3) Manager’s report:

• Jim advised that the gate had been broken numerous times in the past few weeks. He is raising the gates during busy hours.
• Sanding has been done on some icy areas of the subdivision roads. This will continue to be done as needed.
• Jim advised that there are properties with dead trees that should be removed. The Board will address the issue in the upcoming newsletter.

4) Newsletter: topics were discussed and assigned.

5) New business: Use of common property was discussed. The area of concern was the property described as Sub. #4, Blk. 3, Lot 24 – aka ‘The Meadow’. Due to the potential damage to the property from used of motorized vehicles, it was decided that signs should be posted identifying that foot traffic and skiers have first priority; snowmobiles are allowed during appropriate winter/snow months, and that no other motorized vehicles are allowed in the Meadow.
