Session Board Meeting
February
5, 2008
Location:
Board
Members Present: Jon Long, Sr., Roy Doan, Kim Heintzman.
Present:
Treasea Long, Treasurer, Manager Jim White
1. The
meeting was opened by a short talk from Neal Gardner. He wanted to inform
the board, as well as residents, that snow removal is becoming more difficult.
Snow removal is taking more time with each snow fall and he asks for patience
from everyone.
When we finally get a short "dry" spell he wants to come up and
just move snow around to make future snow removals more efficient. The board
unanimously complimented him on the job done so far this year and informed
him that we understood the problems involved.
2. While slow due payment is a minor problem, the board did address one uncompleted action in division 4's CCRs. It was moved and seconded that the annual percentage rate charged delinquent accounts in Division 4 be set at the same level established in Division 3--which is 18% per annum.
3. The barbed wire fence on the south side of the meadow is becoming a potential danger. Snow has become level to or over this wire and as such could cause serious damage to a speeding snowmobile. As a preventative measure the board has temporarily closed the meadow to snowmobile use until further notice.
4. Any decision or discussion
on the firehouse was tabled until we get results back from the newsletter
survey, which will be going out next week.
