General Session Board Meeting

January 6, 2009

Location: Boise Basin Library

Members present:  Brent Adamson, Jon Long, Roy Doan, Jared Harrington, and Bookkeeper Michelle Savoie and Manager Jim White.

Barbra and Neal Gardner stated that they could not afford to register their vehicles to do sanding without some kind of guarantee of usage. It was decided that we would look elsewhere for sanding options. Roy said he would contact Dennis with Boise Gravel and Gary Secor to see if they could help. If necessary we could get a load of sand and shovel it ourselves.

Jim reported that we had a major leak in our water system that drained the tanks. The break has been fixed and the tanks have refilled but there is concern that some of our wells may be running out of water. Brent has applied for a grant to help with engineering if needed.

It was also discussed that we should pay Gardner's twice per month.
