Duquette Pines Homeowners Association Board Meeting

Jeffes’ Residence 8:30 a.m.

December 3, 2011

Attendees: Brent Adamson, Art Burget, Wendy Jeffes, Dee Woodstrom, Jon Long, and homeowners Rich Pfeiffer, Doug Ebling and George Jeffes

Minutes - minutes were approved from November 2011 as presented.

Financials –

· Michelle was unable to attend the meeting, but checks were signed and report given prior to the meeting.

· Quarterly statements will be sent out at the end of December.

Manager’s Report –

· Gate was broken twice this month, once due to slick conditions.

· Burned slash piles in the back of the subdivision.

· Facilitated removal of dead trees for homeowners in the subdivision.

Old Business –

· Brent discussed information from his meeting with DEQ regarding our water test results. Details will be communicated to homeowners in the quarterly mailing and on the web site. Official posting will also be done per DEQ requirements.

Jon will begin monitoring water, doing rate tests and run times on our wells, for future water system engineering activity.

· Reviewed pending homeowner inquiry.

· Brent will advise Gardners regarding specifics for snow removal.

New Business –

· Homeowner discussed abandoned car on lot near his property. The Board reviewed items that have been attempted to remove vehicle, including violation letter and contacting the Sheriff’s department. Brent contacted the EPA. The Board discussed options and possible courses of action.

There will be NO Board meeting in January. Next meeting will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. at Art Burget’s cabin, 239 Meadow Drive.
