Duquette Pines Homeowners Association Board Meeting

Jeffes’ Residence 8:30 a.m.

September 10, 2011

Attendees: Art Burget, Wendy Jeffes, Dee Woodstrom, Danny Gurwell, Jon Long, Michelle Savoie

Minutes - minutes were approved from August 2011 as presented.

Financials –

· Michelle presented bills to be paid. Tax bill will be paid.

· Update on property sold in the subdivision.

· Checks were signed.

· Discussion about liens and past due accounts. Moved Jeffes and seconded Gurwell to place liens on any property that is past due. Motion carried.

· The Association’s printer has been leaking ink and having problems. Moved Jeffes and seconded Gurwell to allow Michelle to buy a new wireless printer for the Association for $99.99 plus tax at Costco. Motion carried.

· Discussion about taking all past due accounts to small claims court. Board will discuss at next month’s meeting.

· Quarterly statements will go out in October. Board members should submit newsletter articles this month on topics such as snow removal, safe time to burn, financial information, etc. (email first to the Board for review)

Manager’s Report –

· Jon sprayed for noxious weeds.

· Posted a new phone list at the front gate.

· Contractors were consulted about tree removal of several trees on private property in the subdivision. Homeowners will be responsible for the cost.

· Jon will coordinate grading of the road sections with washboards prior to winter.

· Replaced incoming gate.
