Duquette Pines Homeowners Association Board Meeting

Boise Basin Library, Idaho City, 8:30 a.m.

September 7, 2013

Attendees: Brent Adamson, Dee Woodstrom, Lynn Murdoch, Jon Long, Scott Jackson, Art Burget

Financials:

· Nothing was reported, Michelle was not in attendance,

Manager’s Report by Jon Long:

· Reported a fallen tree on Hummingbird Way and cleaned up fallen trees on the roads from the recent storms

· Did a generator check, all are running well

· Did dead tree removal in the subdivision

· Art & Jon cleaned up burn pile for the winter burn

· He replaced a broken globe at the front gate

· Weed spraying

· Discussed the possible structure of an info board just outside the subdivision to leave property sale info – Scott Jackson presented a drawing. There was also discussion on adding a mailbox area.

New Business:

· Art spoke about the Stubblefield property and contacted our lawyer on the process.

· Building plans were submitted from Lynn Murdoch for a small shed addition on the garage. Art Burget moved for approval of the plan, Dee Woodstrom seconded. Motion passed.

· Lynn gave a handout draft proposal for merging CCR’s. Brent Adamson motioned to start the process. Art Burget seconded. Motion passed.

The next Board Meeting will be held at the Library, 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 5, 2013. Please note this change in location.
