· Discussed financials and reviewed reports.

· Scott motioned and Art seconded placing lien on abandoned property.

Manager's Report - Jon Long

· Finished plumbing work on Skyline

· Ran the backup generator

· Turned on winter drains and monitored water temperature

· Installed snow stakes

· Discussed potential next steps to investigate water system improvements

New Business

· Reviewed Idaho Statutes related to loose dogs
