· Discussed financials and reviewed reports.

· Review of the billing process and assessment of late fees.

· Brent made a motion to send quarterly statement prior to the end of the quarter and assessment of late fees.

Manager's Report - Jon Long

· Ran the backup generator

· Monitored water temperatures

· Adjusted front gate

· Ordered snow plowing

· Ordered application of road gravel

· Well discussion – reviewed list of references gathered by Dave and Brent
