Financials - Lisa Kindelberger

· Discussed financials and reviewed reports.

· Review of the lien process for those behind in the subdivision dues.

Community Well Discussion

· Subdivision building activity prompts planning for expansion of the community well system

· Dave is drafting document which describes community well situation

· Brent to contact DEQ and Department of Water Resources regarding current water rights, future steps, and grant possibilities

· Dave to contact BSU, U of I, Centra to explore engineering study options

· Dave to obtain Central District Health records regarding septic systems

Manager's Report - Jon Long

· Ran the backup generator

· Opened gate for snowmobile use

· Partial grading of subdivision

· Water system hookup by homeowner ready to build this spring

· Repaired gate

· Cut small dead trees around subdivision

· Road plowing – John to review requirements and timing with contractor
