DUQUETTE PINES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION
BOARD MEETING
6 Elderberry Circle, Idaho City
May 9th, 2017

 

Open Meeting:  Lisa B. opened the meeting at 7:04 pm.

 

In Attendance:  Lisa B., Kurt, Dee, Melissa, Donna and Lisa K. 

Guest: Janette Crancer.

 

The agenda was amended to include a discussion on plans for Janette Crancer’s garage/carport and Wallworth’s outbuilding, project bids discussion, and miscellaneous.

 

Crancer plans for garage:  Janette Crancer presented a drawing and information concerning her plans for a garage.  Lisa B. motioned to approve the plan, contingent on the survey lines being checked for easement and being assured that the building will be within the guidelines.  Kurt seconded, all ayes.

 

Wallworth outbuilding:  The Board reviewed the information sent to them by Wallworth’s.  Kurt motioned to approve the outbuilding location and the construction of the building.  Lisa B. seconded, all ayes.

 

Project bids:  There are three projects that were bid on (road and easement at the Frog Pond area, pump house outside electrical and emergency access on Triple Ridge Road.  The Board reviewed all bids and information and gave the bid for the Frog Pond area to Tom Nelson, the pump house electrical to Mr. Electric and the Triple Ridge emergency access to Secor Construction.

 

Lisa B. stated that the Ridgeway dump valve doesn't shut off and will be repaired tomorrow.

 

Budget discussion for upcoming meeting:  Lisa K. presented budget information for the Board’s review and discussion.  The Board went through the budget, line by line, and even with the much needed improvements done and the projects coming up in the near future, we are within $200 of last year’s budget.  Lisa K. will create the new budget worksheet and disperse to the Board for review prior to the annual meeting on May 26th.

 

Checks were presented for signatures.  Dee motioned to approve and sign the checks presented.  Melissa seconded, all ayes.

 

The Board discussed the debris and clutter on some properties in the subdivisions and will create a letter to send out to those homeowners that are not in compliance with the CCRs.

 

The meeting adjourned at 9:30 pm.
