BOARD MEETING

Meeting:
The meeting was opened at 7:00 pm.
Meeting
Structure:
This was not discussed as there were no homeowners present.
Attendance: Lisa B., Kris,
Kurt, Lisa K., and David. Absent - Steve
and Dee.
Approve
minutes January meeting: The minutes were not approved at this meeting.
Financials-Lisa
Kindelberger: Lisa K. submitted the financial reports. Kurt motioned to approve the financials and
Kris seconded, motion passed.
•
Delinquent accounts – There was discussion concerning a
past due account. We were notified of a
new address so a statement and copy of the current lien were sent to the
property owner and we are awaiting a reply.
•
Lisa K.’s duty statement was revised to reflect
administrative duties she currently performs.
Maintenance
Report-David Burt: David
built 3 gates, monitored the wells, ran the generator, turned down dump valves,
spread gravel around the subdivision and called Overhead Door to service the
gate.
Old
Business:
•
Water agreements – Lisa B. talked to Shirley
at the County and she didn't know how to proceed. Lisa B. talked to Tammy at
Title One and was told that in order to have the water agreements recorded at
closing, Lisa K. will have to submit it with other requested documents and have
a line item included for the recording fee along with a note to have the
original water agreement document returned to her after it is recorded. This
agreement only pertains to properties with access to Duquette
Pines water system. Lisa K. will begin
contacting title companies so they are aware of this. There was some discussion
about the content of the water agreements.
Kris motioned to approve the water agreement as presented and Kurt seconded, motion passed. There was discussion about the water agreements
being the first step in enforcing a water policy.

Website Update - Kurt will continue
to update website with all changes discussed.
•
Water policy – this will be discussed
further at the March meeting.
New
Business:
•
Dust Abatement – the need for dust control
was discussed and exactly how much road to cover. It was decided that
approximately 4 miles of road will receive dust abatement this year. Kris
motioned to approve the area to be treated.
Kurt seconded, motion passed. The
cost will be discussed at the March meeting.
•
The Board changed the start time of the future HOA meetings. They will start at 6:00 pm, beginning with
the March meeting.
Meeting
adjourned at 7:45 pm. Next meeting will
be March 5th at 6:00 pm at the Boise Basin Library.
