DUQUETTE PINES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION
BOARD MEETING
Boise Basin Library, Idaho City

January 8, 2018

The meeting was opened at 7:00 pm.

Attendance: Lisa B., David, Kurt, Steve, Dee, Lisa K. Property owners – Randy & Donna Bates and Bob Albright. Absent – Kris Wallworth.

Meeting Structure: Lisa B. stated that the meeting is for talking about what is on the agenda. Property owners can ask questions after each subject has been discussed by the Board.

Approve Minutes-Dec. Meeting: Steve motioned to approve the December 2017 minutes. Kurt seconded, motion passed.

Financials-Lisa Kindelberger: There was discussion on the Bowles Trust account/property. Lisa B. asked about two homeowners that were not previously billed for water and if they paid. Lisa K. presented the financial reports. Dee motioned to approve the financial reports. Steve seconded, motion passed.

Maintenance Report-David Burt: David ran the generator, checked the wells, opened dump valves, installed t-posts and snow poles and repaired the gate several times (it was broken 5 times in December). There was discussion about getting a trail camera to catch the people breaking the gate. Steve motioned to approve a trail camera with a $200 limit. Kurt seconded, motioned passed. David also shoveled snow, did cleanup around the subdivision and other miscellaneous work.

There was discussion concerning the roads this winter. Duquette Pines and the HOA are not responsible for people going in the ditch. Everyone needs to drive according to the conditions and have a vehicle that is capable of navigation on winter roads.

Old Business:

• Website Update – Kurt is working on the new look of the website. The Board discussed what is currently on the website and what should/shouldn’t be on it. Kurt and Dee will work on updating the history page.
• Water Agreements – Kris not in attendance tonight to present any information.
• Policy for water access – The Board will work on this for next month.

New Business:

• Duquette Pines Property – the property in question is next to the shed on Meadow Drive. The neighbor had firewood logs delivered and unloaded there and they are on Duquette Pines property. Steve motioned to send a letter to Zaspel’s, that their logs are on Duquette Pines property. Kurt seconded, motion passed.
• Maintenance Shed – Lisa B. presented a Tuff Sheds quote and information on a shed-type building to erect by the water shed. The HOA needs to have everything in one area rather than at Board members’ homes and garages. The building will need electricity, etc. and more quotes will be pursued.
  
  

Adjourn: The meeting was adjourned at 7:56 pm. Next meeting will be February 5^th.
