Here you will find the various documents and forms that pertain to our community, as well as other information that could be of interest to you.
Our subdivision is governed by a set of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). On this page you can access the CC&Rs that pertain to Division 1, 2, 3, and 4. They are all different from one another.
Homeowners must abide by these Covenants. The Duquette Pines Homeowners Association (DPHOA) Board must also abide by these Covenants and by the Bylaws.
In October of 2006, the Bylaws were changed by a vote of the homeowners to allow Division 4 into our Homeowners Association. This followed an Agreement signed in April of 2004, dealing with water, road maintenance, access easements, and other related issues.
