DUQUETTE PINES WATER ACCESS POLICY
Property and homes that are hooked up to the Duquette Pines community water system are primarily gravity fed, with the exception of a few out parcels that require a pump system to push water uphill to their property/homes. Installation and maintenance of these systems are the responsibility of the property/homeowner.
Property/homeowners are expected to pay water fees, regardless of use, for access to Duquette Pines water system.
Parts required for Duquette Pines community water system hookup are listed in the Water Hook-up Diagram which is available when a $500 hookup fee is received.
All water hookups must be done by a certified, licensed plumber. Local plumbers are available.
In addition, all water hookups need to be coordinated with the Duquette Pines Property Manager.
